STILL....HE WAITS.....
Waiting by the gate as he alway's does,
filled with wondering, loss and love,
He know's that something isn't quite right,
no YOU in the morning...no YOU at night...
But still he waits lost and confused,
His memory wanders to work and YOU,
He know's you are gone but can't figure it out
Waiting for your van, your smile your shout....
"Dadda's home" oh where's my boy?
HIS face so happy and filled with joy.
"Iv'e missed my boy... but work is slow"
When we get busy i'll take you - you know.
Mamma comes home to let you out,
takes you to work for a run about...
I'm waiting for you by Heavens gate,
be up for work and don't be late,
The gardens here is so lush and green,
the best garden i have ever seen!
But there's still some work for me to do
Ive got a spare seat so i'll take you too.
God's lorry is so warm & dry
so don't be sad and please don't cry...
The time will come when we meet again,
I'll have chewies for you at the Rainbows end...
Until that day brave you'll be,
playing,sleeping and visiting me...
Mamma will cry and do flowers I'm sure...
You will run, wee bark and more....
I cant come home - I am not late
But still he waits - OUR GINO....by the gate.

Candles
This time last year we were altogether and entered into the new year with you! Not one of us would have ever thought that this year would have been completely different. I still don’t think I have fully wrapped my head around the fact you were taken from us, especially so suddenly. I hope you’re up there watching the sky light up tonight (not that they will ever beat your displays haha) We all love and miss you terribly! Chow for now uncle Paul❤️

Well lovely, Christmas was certainly not the same without you, there was many tears all around we all missed you so much. We got through it the best we could remembering your love and the memories we hold of you. It's New Years Eve I hope your with Dad celebrating his birthday 🎂 🥳 up there sending you both my love ❤️ until we meet again xxxxxx
